Biography: Rebecca Krauthamer is co-founder and CEO of QuSecure, a company at the forefront of post-quantum cryptography solutions: advanced security that prepares businesses and governments for the imminent day when a quantum computer will be able to break public key cryptography. Under Rebecca's leadership, QuSecure has been recognized as the global leader in products in its field and counts among its trusted customers and partners the US Air Force, the US Army, and private institutions such as Banco Sabadell, which the SEC has highlighted as a new standard for financial institutions to prepare for this threat. QuSecure has been honored by Fast Company's Innovation By Design Awards and Forbes Best Startup Employers 2025. Prior to QuSecure, Rebecca co-founded Quantum Thought, the world's first venture capital studio focused on quantum computing. She is also an advocate for the ethical development of technology, contributing to initiatives such as Coursera's Certified Ethical Emerging Technologist program. She serves on the World Economic Forum's Global Futures Council on Quantum Computing and has been named to Forbes' “30 Under 30 in Science” list and Inc.'s Female Founder 500 list. She graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor's degree in symbolic systems.
